  1. Well.. This is good to know :). I’ll keep it in mind the next time I call. And try to guess whatever they were doing haha. Here they often have a lot of targets to stick to. So they won’t put you on hold too long because it increases their call time. I really loved number 17 hahaha.

    1. I know what you mean. The part where hold time doesn’t really matter much is usually on the sales account where they have to lower their number of calls over their sales number. 😀
